To add a user to a group, navigate to Admin Menu | Management Tools | Security | Add Users to Groups or if you are already using a user or groups tool, you may have a shortcut available at the top of the page. To add a user to a group, search for and select the user you wish to add to a group then click on the edit button. The window that now shows will list the groups that the user is not a member of on the left and the groups the user is a member of on the right. To move a group from the Available Groups to the Existing Groups boxes or the reverse simply click on the group to select it and then click on the arrow in the direction you wish to move the group. Multiple selections are available on this page by holding down the control key. The Edit Multiple User option allows selection of more than one user and viewing and configuring of common group membership.
