Sending Emails

To send a mail out to members of a mailing list, navigate to Admin Menu | Mailing List | Send Emails. This page allows the user to specify when to send the email to the mailing list. The selection of which mailing list to send email to as well as the name for the specific mail out to this list can also be made. Once this has been specified, the content to be sent needs to be selected. This can be an existing article or the user may type in text directly on this page to be sent. The selection is made by specifying the content type from the drop down list. File attachments may also be sent along with the email by selecting from the list of documents that have been uploaded to the web server.
