The calendar planner is a pre-configurable calendar view. The administrator is able to configure a name for a calendar and set the types of events that are able to be shown on it as well as the available time periods that will be able to be shown. This is done by navigating to Admin Menu | Events | Calendar Planner. Any number of planners are able to be created in community manager.
