Subscribers

Adding Subscribers

Subscriber can be added in one of three ways...

  • Opt in
  • Automated Import
  • Manual Import

Opt in

Opting in is the public facing subscription page. A user browsing the site would enter their details and select a mailing list. The default subscription page captures the following details...

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Company
  • Mailing list
  • Password [nominating a password provides the user with the ability to change their subscription details at a later date]
  • Optional details [Using Elcoms’ form creator module additional custom fields can be added to the subscription form]

Managing Subscribers

List administrators can perform a number of functions on subscriber data.

  • Search – Administrators can search for subscribers by firstname, lastname, email, company and mailing list
  • Edit – records can be individually edited
  • Delete and Delete all – records can be individually or multi-selected for deletion
  • Move or Copy – individual or multiple records can be moved or copied to another list
  • Export – User records can be exported to Excel [Go to Reports > Subscribers]
