Search

The Search feature available on the 'Maintain Content and Folders' page allows content creators to search the folder tree to locate an article.

To Search

• Select “Search” from the shortcut menu. This will pop up the article search interface.
• Enter the search keyword and optionally select to search all articles, current articles or archived articles.
• You may also select the areas of the site structure to search in by selecting the checkbox next to the top level folder showing.
• Selecting none of the checkboxes will cause the search to be performed across all folders in the site.
• Search results will be shown at the bottom of this screen.
• Clicking in a link will expand the relevant branch in the folders tree and highlight the article name.
