• Active: allows an entire site to be activated/deactivated
• Webmaster email: Sets the email address for functions that refer to webmasters email address elsewhere in Community Manager
• Other Email Addresses: Sets the from address for various emails sent from Community Manager such as forgotten password emails
• Metadata: Allows the default meta description and keywords fields to be populated
• Homepage: Allows selection of an article or articles as the home page for this web site.
• Display settings and icons: Allows selection of icons for breadcrumb separator, print friendly, email a friend and site map images as well as the look and feel of system generated pages.
• Logging In: Sets requirement for password or username change on first login as well as the logged in effects to show logged in as … and allow editing of own details
• Article Update and review: Allows setting of review time period in months as well as indication of whether embedded article versions get updated when the host article is updated and if comments are required when modifying an article.
• Miscellaneous: VBScript active/inactive as well as shows the current software version number.
