Copy an Article
Copy an Article
Articles may be copied in the 'Maintain Content and Articles' page. To copy an article
Select the article that you wish to copy from the folder structure
Once you have selected the article, you can then either click the 'Copy' icon in the top navigation bar or alternatively right click the article and click 'Copy Article'.
There should now see a new article in your folder called “copy of ……”
You can now edit the attributes of this article to tidy up the names of the article and check the URL to ensure it is valid and then save the the changes that you have made
You now have a new article that was made by copying an existing article
