Check Out an Article

• In order to edit an article, it needs to be checked out.
• When you select to 'Edit Article' the article will automatically be checked out to your user account
• Alternatively, on the 'Maintain Content and Folders' page, you can select the article you wish to check out and click the 'Check Out' icon in the toolbar at the top of the page.
