Activate a Folder or Article

You have the ability to activate a Folder or Article.
This makes the Folder or Article available on the public site, and by direct URL.

To Activate a Folder or Article

• Select the Folder or Article you want to activate
• Click the 'Activate' icon in the top toolbar or alternatively right click the Folder or Article and click 'Activate'
